One Thought Management System (OTMS)

 

Exensys deployed a unique tool to aid problem-solving and decision-making called the ‘One Thought Management System’ (OTMS) at various levels of the organization. OTMS is made available to help all users to apply the software system for planning and resolving both - project and non-project related issues. OTMS is realized as fundamentally a ‘way of thinking’, one that is regarded to represent a ‘paradigm-shift in the way people tackle their problems and work to accomplish their missions.

 

The OTMS is a unique simple way of enabling individuals and groups involved in complex issues and problems to focus day-by-day on just one factor (or at most a few factors) in a problem-situation – in full confidence that by doing so they are doing exactly the right things that would contribute to handling all situational factors involved in the problems at hand regardless of the complexity of the situation.

 

The OTMS process ensures truly effective action planning in complex systems of any kind, in problems relevant to individuals, to organizations - or even to society as a whole.
