Khalid Al Rajhi is the founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Exensys. He has vast experience of nearly 25 years in Project Management, Contract Management and Facilities Management with well-known organizations. With this kind of varied experience, he has brilliant strategic plans for Exensys in the global enterprise products markets. He has a Degree in Civil Engineering and a Degree in the Naval Sciences. He is well versed in the businesses having exhaustive training in significant workshops such as Organizational Effectiveness Cycle, Projects Management including the 7 Habits Workshop. He has been the principal investor and is the visionary, driving "Team Exensys".
Syed Mansoor Ali, Chief Operating Officer
Syed Mansoor Ali has worked with various multinational companies and provided IT Services. He has diverse technology expertise on emerging and matured technologies with experience in enterprise applications architecture & design, product development, designing IT roadmaps of large organizations, implementation of software projects globally and implementation of quality standards (ISO & CMM). He heads the Product Development Team since its inception at Exensys, has designed and managed the development of Exensys Business Suite.
Surya Prakash Y.V.V., Sr. Consultant (Pre-Sales) - IT Services
Surya Prakash is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), with an overall experience of over 14 years, in performing roles both at strategic and tactical levels across all the phases of IT industry, starting from lead generation to delivery of IT solutions, including consulting and delivery functions. He has over six years of experience in sales and pre-sales function. Has also gained experience in positioning, solution architecting, estimations, product & solution demonstrations, proposal delivery & presentation. He has additional eight years of hands-on experience in project management, delivery and account management.
Umesh Sadasivam, Consultant
He started as a process-planning engineer and has an experience of over 15 years in providing consulting in enterprise space for large, medium and small businesses. Having gained 9 years of wide experience in manufacturing industry, new product development, concurrent engineering, ramping up production, value engineering and CPIM certification, has been a differentiator. His expertise also includes specialization in new product design & development, Advanced Product Quality Planning, Production Part Approval Process, Single Minute Exchange of Dies, implementation of Lean manufacturing processes and many more.
Venkata Subbaraju Kanumuri, Project Manager
He has over 10 years of experience in developing complex business systems, Enterprise solutions in Internet/Intranet mode and Product Development / Implementation as a Project Manager. Emphasizing on his key strengths in his experience are - handling multiple projects and providing project management services, managing transition of client from solutions implementation to client support, and managing the development and maintenance of implementation of project and delivery management to ensure customer satisfaction and reference ability.
Raghu Chakkath, Project Manager
He has over 12 years experience in information technology industry and gained exposure to various technologies. He has handled challenging assignments in information technology in fields like Technology, Product, Delivery, etc. He is now handling the Delivery Management department at Exensys and responsible for: Delivery Management; Account / Client Engagement; Product / Project Development; Resource Management; Training; Technology (.NET, Share Point, BI , MSP).
K. Rama Mohan, Project Manager
He has graduated with M.Tech degree from Indian School of Mines. He has over 12 years of rich experience in IT on Web-based and client/server applications, custom development and migration of projects, and industrial experience in process-oriented organizations. By his experience, he is also a Techno Functional expert in sophisticated SCM, ERP Solutions especially in Warehouse Management, eBiznet-SCM, eXensys-ERP Products, etc.
Shobana Ramankutty, Sr. Manager - HR
She has over 8 years of proven expertise in HR operations, Team Management, Policy and Procedures, Recruitments, Salary Negotiations, Pre-employment screening and Employee Induction & Welfare Activities. In addition, she has proficiency in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills. The experience gained, has helped her to be adept at handling day-to-day activities in co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth HR operations.
S.R.P. Vishnu Varma, AGM - Finance
He has over 30 years of experience in Finance & Accounts and Taxation. He is with Exensys for the past 6 years and concentrates on Finance, Accounts and Taxation matters. Earlier to this, he was an associate of Siris Group of Companies for 24 years, a leading organization engaged in the Manufacture of Bulk Drugs, Pharmaceuticals, Solvent Extraction and Refining of Edible Oils and Aquaculture, etc.
