If any key element of the Eco-system fails or doesn’t function properly then it will have a cascading impact on the other elements of the Eco-System.

 

In to-days crowded market place where competition is intense and incumbents have erected strong entry barriers, it is quite difficult for Exensys to make an entry into these markets with out having a strong eco-system to leverage upon. Exensys will build a strong eco-system for expanding its market and mind share across the global landscape. The eco-system will play a critical role in-order to achieve Exensys business aspiration and co-create values for the global customers and the civilization.

Exensys have to create a robust channel structure that will lead to realizing the objective of getting entry into the chosen market place and would help to create values for customers and global communities. The channel structure will be of multi tier, multi categories and multi classes’ which will become one of our nerve center for Exensys entire eco-system creation.

 

As our Channel forms the most important element of our entire Go-To-Market, therefore to reach our business aspiration and thereby establishing ourselves as brand in developed and developing markets we have to understand all the other critical elements of the Eco-Systems and there inter relationship and interdependence.
