Shams is the CEO & Managing Director and the founding member of Exensys. Shams, known for his vision and zeal to build a world class product company, is a dynamic leader with a passion for quality. Being a people’s person he has been able to build a world class leadership team that is a force to reckon with in the global market place.

Shams has 20 years of multifaceted experience in business planning & consulting, operational planning, marketing & sales by having worked with various multinational companies and start ups in India and abroad. Shams also harbors a passion for Organizational System Design, Organizational Alignment and Business Process Innovation.  He is on the Board of three other companies and plays a strategic role in these companies.
